Description
Native to Japan and Korea. Deciduous tree of medium size. Smooth pinkish bark that scales to reddish brown and gray. It has a pyramidal habit and alternate, oval, finely toothed and dark green leaves that change to yellow and red in autumn. It resists frost but it is better to protect it from the strong sun. Resists pests.
