Can I visit Hatoen?

To reduce our costs and thus be able to offer the lowest prices to our customers, in Hatoen we do not have a physical store. However we are willing to show our facilities to small groups by appointment

In what conditions grow our bonsai ?

Our nursery has a typical continental climate, with cold winters and hot summers. In January, the average minimum temperature is 0,0° C; in July and August the average maximum temperatures of 32.2 ° C. The annual rainfall is 447.0 mm and is usually about five days of snow on average per year.
These weather conditions harden our trees, strengthening their health, since the vast majority of them are grown outside all year round and in winter we only protect those species that can not stand frost.

Will I get exactly the same tree as in the picture?

The Latin names and the approximate dimensions of the plants are correct to our best understanding. The appearance of these may vary according to the season and conditions, therefore the published images are not contractual. Each of our bonsai and prebonsai has a unique reference that corresponds to the one that appears in the published photograph. The exception is young seedlings, where photography is merely an example among the many individuals we have with similar characteristics and of which one is sent at random.

What if when I receive my order the products are not to my liking?

Our commitment is to satisfy our customers. If for any reason, when the client receive the products at the address specified in the order, these are not of their liking, they can be returned within five working days of receipt by sending an e-mail to info @ hatoen. com and stating the order number.
Upon receipt of the merchandise in perfect condition and with its original packaging BENPALSANZ SL will refund the products less the shipping cost and a 2% handling charge.
