  1. Prices and description of the plants

    The prices shown in the information sheet for each product do not include the exhibition tables but VAT (to see the amounts broken down it is necessary to add the product to the shopping cart).
    The Latin names and the approximate dimensions of the plants are correct to our best understanding. The appearance of these may vary depending on the season and conditions, therefore the images published are not contractual.

  2. Shipment of products

    Usually we will make our shipments through the carrier, the delivery time ranges between 2 and 8 days from the delivery, which will be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of the bank confirmation of the full payment of the order.
    The postage in the shipments to the European Union EU will be in charge of BENPALSANZ SL as long as the amount of the purchase is superior to 1000.00 € (in the shipments to Peninsular Spain they will be it always and when the amount of the purchase is superior to 500.00 €) otherwise, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, indicating the customer at the time of purchase, and trying BENPALSANZ SL that the shipping cost is the minimum possible.

    Due to the very nature of the live plants, the customer must check the orders upon receipt and notify BENPALSANZ SL within twenty-four hours if there is any problem in order to be able to replenish the claimed products as soon as possible and free of charge.
    Any damage that may occur after the delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
    The customer can cancel their order for any reason before it is sent (payments by credit card will be returned with a 2% withholding).
    Our liability is limited to the price of the items at most. We can not accept responsibility for delays in delivery, or consequential losses, due to circumstances beyond our control or customs controls.

  5. Returns

    If for any reason, when the client receives the products at the address indicated in the order, they are not to your liking, they can be returned within five working days of receipt, by sending an e-mail to info @ hatoen. com and indicating the order number.
    Once the goods have been received in perfect condition and with their original packaging, BENPALSANZ SL will return the product amount minus the shipping cost and 2% handling costs.

  6. Order confirmation

    The orders presuppose the acceptance of these conditions of sale. They will be confirmed by personalized email, and will be managed once the payment has been verified depending on the payment method chosen. Any order is subject to management, modification or partial or total cancellation before being confirmed.
