Description
It is found, mainly in the Alps, has a creeping size, short needles grouped in pairs, and small pineapples. The most common styles are the curved informal upright (Moyogi), rooted in rock (Ishizuke), windswept (Fukinagashi) and semi-cascade (Han-Kengai).
